Scott met with us several times during the creative process being extremely accomodating and flexible. Scott's design incorporated our ideas from the preliminary meeting and maxamized the positive attributes of our lot. Our project was granted substantial approval after first review by the strict Desert Mountain Architectural Review Board. Sale of our speculative home was quick and just under our asking price.
